Seller and scope
Printy is a trading name of Hi-tech Resolutions, an eenmanszaak registered with the Kamer van Koophandel under number 72411627. These terms apply to consumer orders accepted through Printy. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Checkout is offered only for countries shown as available in the delivery selector. A country marked as coming soon cannot place an order.
Products, prices, and the agreement
Products are made to order using the artwork, product, variant, quantity, and delivery information confirmed by the customer. Screen colours and production previews may vary slightly from a physical product because displays, materials, and production methods differ.
The product price, applicable tax treatment, live shipping charge, and total payable are shown before payment. Printy does not add a payment-method surcharge. The customer can correct the delivery and product information before starting payment.
An order becomes binding when payment is successfully completed through the secure checkout and Printy accepts the paid order for production. Printy sends an order confirmation to the supplied email address. If Printy cannot accept or produce a paid order, Printy will contact the customer and provide the legally required resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Customer content and personalization
The customer may submit only photos, names, text, artwork, and other material that the customer owns or has permission to reproduce commercially. The customer must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating material.
Printy may refuse content or an order where producing it would violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or reasonable safety requirements. A refusal after payment will be handled without limiting the customer's statutory rights.
OpenAI processes creative prompts and submitted photos to provide the studio experience. OpenAI has not approved, endorsed, or sponsored Printy.
Payment and production
Stripe processes payment. Printy does not receive full card or wallet credentials. Production begins only after Printy has verified a successful payment event.
The customer is responsible for checking the confirmed spelling, product option, quantity, artwork, and delivery address. This does not remove Printy's responsibility for goods that are damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Legal guarantee and complaints
Customers in the European Union receive at least the mandatory legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match the agreed description. Depending on applicable law, remedies can include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund. National law may provide additional protection.
Send complaints to info@watchkeeper.app with the order number and relevant details. Printy aims to respond within 2 business days. The customer-facing resolution is determined by Printy's obligations as seller.
Dutch law governs the agreement, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through Printy's support address; this does not restrict access to a competent court or mandatory consumer remedy.
